A Baltimore native, David attended Towson University where he graduated summa cum laude (with highest honors) with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology. After college, David attended The University of Baltimore School of Law where he graduated magna cum laude. While in law school, David was a member of the law review, the school's most prestigious journal.

Prior to starting his own firm, David was an attorney for the Office of the Public Defender in Baltimore City and Prince George's County, Maryland.

David is an experienced trial attorney who has successfully represented thousands of individuals charged with criminal and serious traffic matters. His trial experience includes both "bench trials" and jury trials.

David is a member of a number of professional organizations, including the Maryland State Bar Association, the American Bar Association, The Maryland Criminal Defense Attorneys Association, and the Prince George's County Bar Association.

When he is not in the courtroom, David enjoys playing guitar, traveling around the world, exploring D.C., trying new restaurants, and spending time with family and friends. He lives in Silver Spring, Maryland with his wife and son.
